Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 9, 2026

This policy explains what information monsterhouse ("monsterhouse", "we", "us") collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum we need to run the service and we do not sell your personal data.

01Who we are

monsterhouse operates a real-time clip-generation service that watches livestreams, identifies notable moments, reframes them, captions them, and publishes short-form clips. This policy covers our marketing site (monsterhouse.live), our operator software, and the hosted service we provide to customers.

If you have any question about this policy or your data, contact us at get@monsterhouse.live.

02Information we collect

03How we use it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your private content to train third-party models for unrelated purposes.

04Service providers we share data with

We rely on a small set of processors, each handling only what they need to perform their function:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

05Retention

We keep contact and account data for as long as your relationship with us is active, and as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Generated clips and source material are retained according to your plan and our operational needs, and can be deleted on request. When data is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it.

06Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest, restrict access on a need-to-know basis, and keep credentials out of source code. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to limit risk and respond promptly to any incident.

07Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the EEA/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA/CPRA) have specific rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. To make a request, email get@monsterhouse.live and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.

08Children

The service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

09Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we will provide a more prominent notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.

10Contact
